1. Am I eligible to enter?

You can only enter this promotion if you are a resident of the UK and aged 18 or over.

To enter you must have purchased a Manuka Doctor product from www.manukadoctor.co.uk and ticked the ' Enter me into the Win a car prize draw. I have read & understood the prize draw T&Cs' box on the cart page.

Entry is not open to: employees of Manuka Doctor, Honey New Zealand, their immediate families; agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. The Promoter may require any information that they consider reasonably necessary in order to verify your eligibility.

Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt.

2. How do I enter?

Order any Manuka Doctor product between the dates below, to be entered into the Prize Draw. The more orders made during the purchase period, the more entries you will have. Your unique order number will equal one entry into the draw.

Prize: Purchase period 9am 4th April 2019 to midnight 1st May 2019.

The winner selected will collect a VW take UP! 1.0 60PS 5spd 3 Door Manual in Tornado Red.

As long as you make your purchases at www.manukadoctor.co.uk and tick the ' Enter me into the Win a car prize draw. I have read & understood the prize draw T&Cs ' box on the cart page each order will be entered by Manuka Doctor into the prize draw.

3. When should I enter?

Prize: Purchase period 9am 4th April 2019 to midnight 1st May 2019.

The winner selected will collect a VW take UP! 1.0 60PS 5spd 3 Door Manual in Tornado Red.

4. What should I do if I don’t think my order has been entered into the prize draw?

Please contact Manuka Doctor customer services on 01455 895959 immediately. You will need your receipt as the customer service operative will need your order number from this.

5. How many times can I enter?

One order number is equal to 1 entry. Order as many times as you like during the designated period, ticking the 'Enter me into the Win a car prize draw. I have read & understood the prize draw T&Cs' box on the cart page each time and each order will be entered into the prize draw.

6. Can I change the specification of the prize before collection?

No. The specification of the prize is as set out in the terms and conditions.

7. What happens if I don’t have a valid full UK driving licence, or I’m not over 18?

If this is the case you will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.

8. How do I collect the prize?

The prize will be available to collect from May 2019 at Listers Volkswagen Nuneaton. 2 Barling Way, Elliot Park, Nuneaton, CV10 7RH

It is the winner’s responsibility to make their own way to Listers Nuneaton.

To accept the prize the winner will have to provide prior to collection the following information:
- A valid Photo ID, that is not a driving licence but preferably a passport
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Valid insurance certificate for the prize

9. Will the prize be registered in my name?

The prize can only be registered with the DVLA in the winner’s name.

10. Will the Prize come with warranties and a tank of Petrol?

The prize will be supplied with VW’s standard new car warranties which will be placed in the winner’s name. The car will have enough petrol to get to the nearest petrol station, this approx. 2 miles from Listers Nuneaton.

11. How will I know if I have won?

The winner will be notified by Manuka Doctor by the 2nd May 2019 by the phone number held as part of your checkout data. We will attempt to contact the Winner 3 times by the 3rd May 2019. The Winner must respond by midnight on 12th May 2019 confirming they wish to receive the prize and agreeing to the prize Terms and Conditions. If the winner does not respond in this timescale then the Prize will be re-drawn.

12. Do I need to provide personal information?

Yes. Once you have agreed to accepting the prize and the terms and conditions you will be required to submit personal details and proof that both you and your accompanying family member are over 18 years of age. Copy of passport would be the preferred document.

13. What will you do with the personal information I provide?

Your personal data will be used by Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and its associated companies as follows.

If you are a winner Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd will contact you using the data you provided at the checkout.

If you are a winner your image, name and town / county where you live will be used by, Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and Honey New Zealand Europe Ltd to promote this competition and passed on to our suppliers to be used to administer the Prize.

Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and or it associated companies or subcontractors may contact you using the data provided at the checkout to promote Manuka Doctor products and other competitions if you sign-up to our newsletter.

If you are not happy for your personal data to be used than please contact Manuka Doctor customer services by emailing them at customerservices@manukadoctor.co.uk.

14. What else do I need to know?

It is the winner’s responsibility to:
(a) be able and legally allowed to travel to the pick up location;
(b) have secured the required time off work; and
(c) be over 18 years old.
(d) have the required documents as detailed in point 8 of this document

15. How do I get to Listers Nuneaton?

It is the winner's responsibility to arrange its own travel to Listers Nuneaton.

16. What should I do if I am a winner and cannot get insurance for the prize?

If you are eligible for the Prize, and are a winner but are unable to get insured to drive the Prize as the cost is prohibitive we will provide you with a cash alternative of £2,000.

17. What should I do if I have any other questions about the competition?
