Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed your order online then there is a 60 minute window during which you can cancel an order. This is a self-managed service. After 60 minutes an order cannot be cancelled.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

In order to redeem your Loyalty Points you must be logged into the Manuka Doctor website.

You can log into your account here.

In order to log-in you will be emailed a code to your email address or you can log-in with your Shop account.

Once logged in you can see your available Loyalty Points here.

To save money on your next order using your Loyalty Points, browse our website and add your selected products.

When you are ready to complete your order visit the checkout page of the website, here you will be able to apply your Loyalty Points to your order. Please check to make sure that Loyalty Points have been redeemed before completing your order as we are unable to apply them retrospectively for you.

Where's my order?
