When you shop with Manuka Doctor, you earn 10% cashback in the form of Loyalty Points, known as Hive Points. Your points are worth real money and can be used to save on the cost of a future order.
LOGGING IN AND GETTING STARTED
1. Accessing Your Account
To redeem your Hive Points online, you must be logged into your account on the Manuka Doctor website. You can log into your account by clicking on the links shown below.
2. Entering Your Email
Simply enter your email address to access your account. The email address that you use will be linked to all your orders.
3. Verifying with a Secure Code
To verify your email address and your account, you will be sent a code to log in. Make sure to enter your email address correctly so that you can receive the code. Simply enter your code on the Manuka Doctor website that was sent to your email.
4. Checking Your Hive Point Balance
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to see how many points you have to use on the Manuka Doctor website. Shop across our site and add the products you wish to order to your cart. Tick to agree to the T&Cs and you will be able to proceed to the checkout.
REDEEMING YOUR HIVE POINTS
Once you’re logeed in and as far as the checkout, you will now be able to redeem your Hive Points on your order.
Use the + or - to determine how many points you want to redeem, then you can click the redeem button to apply the discount.
NOTE: on mobile devices you may need to click the link "Add discount" to open up the discount section. Then set your loyalty credit and click apply.
IMPORTANT: If your Hive Points have been correctly applied, then you will see the order value decrease. If the order value has not been reduced, then your Hive Points have not been applied.
We cannot retrospectively apply Hive Points after an order has been placed. If you are having trouble applying your Hive Points, please contact customer services before completing your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Hive Points cannot be used towards the cost of shipping.
If you reduce the cost of your order to be lower than £65 using your Hive Points then your order will be not eligible for free shipping. Postage is calculated on the total you spend (after Hive Points have been taken off).
HELP! MY HIVE POINTS HAVE DISAPPEARED
If you apply the Hive Points and then do not complete the checkout your Hive Points will be assigned to that pending basket for a short time. The discount will expire after 1 hour and the Hive Points will be available in your account again after this.
