Where can I view how many loyalty points I have?

Log into your Manuka Doctor account and navigate back to the Rewards page. The Rewards page will show you how many Loyalty Points you have available to redeem.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

First you must log into your Manuka Doctor account. The Rewards page will show you how many loyalty points you have available to redeem.

Once you have added the products to your cart you can proceed to the checkout.

When logged in you will be able to apply the points to your order. Please see this blog for step-by-step instructions - read the blog.

Can I redeem these points with products on sale?

Yes, loyalty points can be redeemed against products on sale in general.

If a product is exempt from a loyalty points discount it will be highlighted on the product description page.

Can I earn more loyalty points?

There are plenty of ways to earn! Basically, you get 10% back in points every time you shop with us.

On top of that, you can earn additional loyalty points for actions like referring friends, signing up for the email newsletter, or even just telling us when your birthday is.

Extra ways to earn loyalty points can be found on your Rewards page once you have logged in.

Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes, your loyalty points balance is reset every year at the end of August.

That means that you have until 31st August 2026 to spend any existing loyalty points.

After this date your balance will be reset and any unused loyalty points will be redeemed.

Before this changeover, (midnight 24th August 2026) you will stop earning any new Points on purchases as we prepare the system to begin a new year on 1st September 2026.

Loyalty points are also removed from inactive accounts. We email customers ahead of any removal and offer the chance to keep points. This helps us reward our customers and keep our loyalty programme running.

How I refer a friend and earn extra loyalty points?

Our refer a friend feature is run from the Rewards page and you must be logged in to your Manuka Doctor account to access it.

You will only be rewarded for referring new customers and our system will check for customers who try to refer members of the same household. These referrals will not be rewarded with loyalty points.

In order to receive the loyalty points the people you refer must follow your exclusive link.

Once you have logged in to your Manuka Doctor account you will need to navigate to the Rewards page. You will see a number of ways you can earn loyalty points, scroll down until you see Refer a friend - £5 FREE.

You can copy and past your link or email this over to your friend.

Please note that our system checks to ensure that referred customers are new and we do check IP addresses to help stop the reward being abused. If you are having problems referring a friend then it may be due to these system checks. If you are using the same IP as your the person you referred then the referral process will not work.

I tried to place an order and my points have vanished. What can I do?

When redeeming your loyalty points they are converted into a discount code.

If you do not complete the order or navigate to another page and then return to the checkout the code can be removed from your order.

Your points can show as redeemed. This is temporary and the points are automatically returned back to your account.
