We’re switching our Premium Delivery Partner from DPD to DX Couriers to give you a better delivery experience.
Don’t worry, you’ll still get your parcel fast in 1-2 working days after we have dispatched the parcel from our warehouse.
Delivery notifications will still come directly to your mobile phone or email too (if you provide a number and email address when you order) so you’ll know exactly when your parcel will arrive.
But if you happen to miss your delivery or are out when the courier arrives, then DX Couriers will return again to your home to try again a further two times.
With DX Couriers your parcel will NEVER be taken to a Parcel Shop or another location for you to collect yourself.
Customer feedback tells us this will make our delivery service better and more convenient.
There is no change to your delivery costs for this change.
FREE for orders £60 and over
£3.25 for orders between £40 and £59.99
£6.50 for orders £39.99 and under
If your order is under 1.5kg in weight you'll have the choice of a lower £3 postage rate with Royal Mail too. Offering you a cheaper way to deliver smaller orders or lighter parcels. Royal Mail takes 5 working days.
The DX courier service is not available for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Islands. For these areas our delivery is provided by Royal Mail.
