Manuka Doctor 'Golden Ticket' Promotion: FAQs

1. Am I eligible to enter?

You can only enter this promotion by purchasing a special Promotional pot of Manuka Doctor 70 MGO 500g from www.manukadoctor .co.uk

The competition is only open to all residents in the UK (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND) aged 18 years or over.

Entry is not open to: employees of Manuka Doctor, Honey New Zealand, their immediate families; agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. The Promoter may require any information that they consider reasonably necessary in order to verify your eligibility.

Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt.

2. How do I enter?

Order a Manuka Doctor 70MGO 500g product between the dates below, open the cap to see if you’ve won a prize. If there is no ‘Golden ticket’ under the cap you have not won.

The more pots you order during the purchase period, the more chances you will have of finding a ‘Golden Ticket’.

Prize: Purchase period 9am 21 March 2019 to midnight 3 April 2019 or as long as the special promotional stock of 1536 units lasts, which ever comes first.

By purchasing a special promotional pack of Manuka Doctor 70 MGO 500g, you have an automatic chance of winning. If you are lucky enough to have a winning pot, your Golden ticket will be under the cap.

During this promotion Manuka Doctor will not accept refund requests on any pots that have had the tamper seal broken.

3. When should I enter?

Prize: Purchase period 9am 21 March 2019 to midnight 3 April 2019 or as long as the special promotional stock of 1536 units lasts, which ever comes first.

4. How Many Prizes are there and what are they?

10 x ‘£100.00 cash prize’ Golden Tickets

20 x ‘claim a free 70 MGO 500g Active Manuka Honey’ Voucher Golden Tickets.

40 x ‘50% off your next purchase of 340 MGO 250g Active Manuka Honey’ Voucher Prize Golden Tickets.

5. How do I Claim my Prize?

Cash Prize £100. In the event you have found a Golden Ticket in your Promotional Pot which states you have won a Cash Prize of £100, within 30 days delivery contact Manuka Doctor by email at customerservices@manukadoctor.co.uk OR by phone on 01455 895959 stating

(i) your name, address and contact telephone number

(ii) the date of purchase of the Promotional Pot containing the Golden Ticket and;

(iii) the unique code found on the Golden Ticket in order to claim your £100 cash prize.

Following receipt of your email, we shall contact you on the number you have provided to verify any details concerning the Golden Ticket and also take your bank account details so we can make payment. You must have a UK bank account registered in your name to claim this prize as the prize will be paid via Bank Transfer in £GBP only.

Free Manuka Doctor 70 MGO 500G. In the event you have found a Golden Ticket in your Promotional Pot which states you have won this prize; your Golden Ticket will have a unique Voucher Code.

You can redeem the applicable Voucher Code by inputting the unique code found on the Golden Ticket at the checkout stage on the Website at your next purchase.

The Voucher Code will automatically reduce the £ value of a single pot of the Manuka Doctor 70 MGO 500g in your basket to £0.

50% Off your next purchase of 340 MGO 250g. In the event you have found a Golden Ticket in your Promotional Pot which states you have won this prize; your Golden Ticket will have a unique Voucher Code.

You can redeem the applicable Voucher Code by inputting the unique code found on the Golden Ticket at the checkout stage on the Website at your next purchase.

The Voucher Code will automatically reduce the £ value of a single pot of the Manuka Doctor 340 MGO 250g in your basket by 50%

All Voucher codes are unique and not sequential. All Golden Tickets Voucher codes can only be used once and any further attempts to claim a Prize by using an already redeemed unique code will be invalid and no further Prizes (as applicable) will be awarded.

If you have a Golden Ticket and you fail to claim a Prize within 30 days of delivery to you Golden Ticket will become invalid and no Prize will be awarded and vouchers will not be able to be redeemed.

6. What should I do if I don’t think my order is included in the Golden Ticket Promotion?

Please contact Manuka Doctor customer services on 01455 895959 immediately. You will need your receipt and the batch code from the product as the customer service operative will need your order number from this. The batch code can be found on the left-hand side of the pot.

7. How many times can I enter?

Every pot purchased during the period is a potential winner, so order as many pots as you like during the designated period

8. How do I find out how many prizes have been claimed before I purchase.

9. Do I need to provide personal information?

Yes. Once you have agreed to accepting the cash prize and the terms and conditions you will be required to submit personal details and proof that your over 18yrs old and have a UK Bank account in your name.

10. What will you do with the personal information I provide?

Your personal data will be used by Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and its associated companies as follows.

If you are a winner of the Cash Prize only Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd will contact you using the data you provided at the checkout.

If you are a winner your image, name and town / county where you live will be used by, Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and Honey New Zealand Europe Ltd to promote this competition and passed on to our suppliers to be used to administer the Prize.

Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and or it associated companies or subcontractors may contact you using the data provided at the checkout to promote Manuka Doctor products and other competitions.
