Being a honey company, safe and fair animal welfare is at the very heart of our business and we work very hard to ensure we maintain high standards of animal welfare in our owned supply chain. We also ensure that our own high standards are reflected throughout our chosen and trusted suppliers, who have the commitment to upholding the highest standards of animal welfare for all animal derived products.

We are very aware of the impact intensive farming both on the colonies and the surrounding environment. We work very closely with the New Zealand Ministry of Primary Industries and Apiculture New Zealand to ensure that our farming practices and Animal husbandry are sustainable, ethical, and fair.
