In December 2021 we ran an online customer survey asking customers what they thought of Manuka Doctor, the service they received, and their thoughts on our product.
A huge 2,273 people completed the survey and here are some of the results.
Firstly it seems like our customers really know their stuff! As a huge 70 per cent of customers said the main reason they chose Manuka Doctor was because it is a Genuine brand of Manuka when others may be fakes.
The majority of people brought our Manuka honey to help with their general wellness – with nearly half of all respondents giving this as their top reason for buying. And pleasingly 80 per cent said they were satisfied that Manuka honey is working for them.
Over two thirds of people (73 per cent) said they would consider upping their MGO rating next time they brought, trading up to a higher strength Manuka. While around a quarter (26 per cent) were happy with the strength they always buy.

Our fast and secure delivery also ranked highly, with 77 per cent of those surveyed giving the service 5/5 for the speed of delivery, and communication about when your parcel would arrive.
And finally, perhaps the result we are most proud of as a company, when asked if they planned to buy from Manuka Doctor again, an overwhelming 99 per cent of people said yes.
