In fact, we’ve made many changes over the years based on your suggestions on how we can make things better! Even launching new ranges based on customer suggestions.

This month we ran a customer survey asking over 1,500 of you what you really think about Manuka honey.

Here are some of the findings:

92% of you ranked Manuka Doctor VERY HIGHLY for customer satisfaction! This is something we try REALLY hard on so it’s fantastic to see it working.

The majority of you said it was a combination of a Genuine product from New Zealand, and a good price that made you switch to Manuka Doctor. We think you made a good choice.

A lot of you also spoke about our new cheaper postage rate being a help. If you haven’t used this yet, you can get postage for only £3 if your order weighs less than 1.5kg in total with Royal Mail Second Class.

The majority of you (76%) take Manuka honey to help support your general health and wellbeing. With a huge amount mentioning Manuka’s immunity properties as the main benefit you see.

Other people mentioned using Manuka honey to benefit their gut health like IBS, Crohn’s disease and upset stomachs. To help with coughs and colds, aid wound-care and skin issues, to help with joint care, breathing and lung issues like COPD, and oral health.
