Currently everyone at Manuka Doctor who can work from home is doing so.

We have split our warehouse team to reduce them in number and ensure they are complying with the Government Guidelines on distancing and keeping 2 metres apart.

As an online business, we’re very fortunate that we can keep operating when many shops and businesses are being forced to close.

But due to limited staffing, we will be having to restrict the amount of orders we can process each day during this crisis.

When we have to temporarily stop taking orders for the day, this will clearly be marked on our website and phone line, and you will not be able to make a purchase.

We hope to re-open our website and phone line every day at 9AM in order to help our team manage.

All our deliveries come via DPD or Hermes, both of whom are offering a contactless service where you do not need to be in physical contact with the driver. Although it’s possible delivery times will take longer at this time.
