- Increased costs from courier partner DPD means changes from 1st February 2022
- Free delivery threshold increases to orders over £60 for mainland UK orders
- New flat rate cost for delivery to UK highlands and islands and Northern Ireland
Like many businesses we have been affected by rising costs, especially an unprecedented increase in delivery and fuel charges passed on by our courier.
As existing customers will know, we use DPD to deliver your parcels as they offer a superior service to other courier firms with a reliable, fast, secure and trackable 2-4 working day service.
Unfortunately, DPD has increased their costs. While we can absorb some of these increases, it is with regret we are forced to change our UK postage rates for the first time in nearly two years.
We remain committed to offering low prices and a free delivery threshold, but as a result of these cost increases our postal rates will change in the following ways from 1st February 2022:
Due to further increases in delivery costs we will no longer be able to offer free delivery into the above islands and highlands areas.
How this affects you
The delivery charge you will pay is calculated automatically on the Checkout Page of our website depending on your delivery postcode.
You cannot redeem your Hive Points on shipping charges, but you can use Hive Points to lower the total value of the items in your basket.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland
We will continue to be from our dedicated Irish website and distribution centre with a relevant local courier firm. Visit www.manukadoctor.ie
