Win a £1000 Thomas Cook Gift Card Competition

1. Am I eligible to enter?

You can only enter this promotion if you are a resident of the UK and aged 18 or over and are not one of the excluded categories listed below.

To enter you must have (i) purchased a Manuka Doctor product from www.manukadoctor.co.uk; and (ii) ticked the "Enter me into the Thomas Cook £1000 Gift Card prize draw. I have read & understood the prize draw T&Cs" box on the checkout page.

You may not enter if you are:
(i) An employee of Manuka Doctor, Honey New Zealand or part of their immediate families;
(ii) agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

The Promoter may require any information that they consider reasonably necessary in order to verify your eligibility.

Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt.

To collect the prize winners must be available to sign for their Gift Card when delivered by courier and recorded delivery.

2. How do I enter?

You can order any Manuka Doctor product between the dates below, to be entered into the Prize Draw. The more orders made during the purchase period, the more entries you will have. Your unique order number will equal one entry into the draw.

Purchase period 1 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 10am 8 January 2018 to midnight 21 January 2018
Purchase period 2 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 22 January 2018 to midnight 4 February 2018
Purchase period 3 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 5 February 2018 to midnight 18 February 2018
Purchase period 4 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 19 February 2018 to midnight 4 March 2018
Purchase period 5 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 5 March 2018 to midnight 18 March 2018

We will send the winner by recorded delivery or courier a £1000 Thomas Cook Gift Card.

A total of five gift cards prizes will be awarded in total, one per purchase period. Every completed transaction placed will enable one entry to the prize draw within the corresponding prize draw purchase period.

As long as you make your purchases at www.manukadoctor.co.uk and tick the "Enter me into the Thomas Cook £1000 Gift Card prize draw. I have read & understood the prize draw T&Cs" box on the checkout page each order that you place will be entered by Manuka Doctor into the prize draw.

Entrants may make multiple transactions.

3. When should I enter?

Purchase period 1 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 10am 8 January 2018 to midnight 21 January 2018
Purchase period 2 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 22 January 2018 to midnight 4 February 2018
Purchase period 3 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 5 February 2018 to midnight 18 February 2018
Purchase period 4 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 19 February 2018 to midnight 4 March 2018
Purchase period 5 - 1x £1,000 Gift Card to be won: 5 March 2018 to midnight 18 March 2018

4. What should I do if I don’t think my order has been entered into the prize draw?

Please contact Manuka Doctor customer services on 01455 895959 immediately. You will need your receipt as the customer service operative will need your order number from this.

5. How many times can I enter?

One order number is equal to 1 entry.

You can order as many times as you like during the designated purchase period by ticking the "Enter me into the Thomas Cook £1000 Gift Card prize draw. I have read & understood the prize draw T&Cs" box on the checkout page each time and each order will be entered into the prize draw.

6. How do I collect the prize?

Manuka Doctor will deliver the prize to you by recorded delivery or by courier. You must be available to sign for the Gift Card when delivered.

Before Manuka Doctor will arrange for delivery of the prize to you the winner will have to provide the following information:
- A valid Photo ID, that is not a driving licence but preferably a passport.

7. How do I register the gift card?

The winner must register the gift card at thomascook.com/gift-cards

Please note we are not responsible for the provision of the service provided by Thomas Cook.

The prize can only be registered in the Winner's name.

8. How will I know if I have won?

For Purchase Period 1 the winner will be notified on 22 January 2018
For Purchase Period 2 the winner will be notified on 5 February 2018
For Purchase Period 3 the winner will be notified on 19 February 2018
For Purchase Period 4 the winner will be notified on 5 March 2018
For Purchase Period 5 the winner will be notified on 19 March 2018

Manuka Doctor will notify the Winner on the above period notification date by the phone number held as part of your checkout data.

We will attempt to contact the Winner 3 times including on the notification date and if necessary on following day. The Winner must respond by midnight within 5 days confirming that they wish to claim the prize and agreeing to the prize Terms and Conditions. If the winner does not respond in this timescale, then the Prize will be re-drawn.

9. Do I need to provide personal information?

Yes. Once you have agreed to accepting the prize and the terms and conditions you will be required to submit personal details and proof that you are over 18 years of age. A copy of your passport would be the preferred ID document.

10. What will you do with the personal information I provide?

Your personal data will be used by Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and its associated companies as follows.

If you are a winner Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd will contact you using the data you provided at the checkout.

If you are a winner your image, name and town / county where you live will be used by, Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and Honey New Zealand Europe Ltd to promote this competition.

Manuka Doctor (UK) Ltd and or its associated companies may contact you using the data provided at the checkout to promote Manuka Doctor products and other competitions.

11. What else do I need to know?

11.1. It is the Gift Card winner's responsibility to register the Gift Card keep the Gift Card safe. The winner should treat it in the same way as it would treat cash.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced unless you have previously registered the Gift Card with Thomas Cook and you report the loss or theft to Thomas Cook within 24 hours of it occurring. You may register your Gift Card at thomascook.com/gift-cards.

11.1.1. Reporting a lost or stolen Gift Card

Any loss or theft of a registered Gift Card must be reported within 24 hours of the loss/theft occurring. To report a registered Gift Card as lost or stolen please call 0333 003 5784 or go to your local Thomas Cook or The Co-Operative travel store.

11.2. Manuka Doctor bear no responsibility for any bookings made using the Gift Card prize.

11.3. If you are eligible for the Prize, and are a winner but are unable to redeem the voucher within the specified period Manuka Doctor will not provide you with a cash alternative. The Winners Gift Card has an expiry date printed on it. It must be used before this date or the balance upon it will be deducted.
